1. Engagement Principles
By accessing taraqqe.com or initiating advisory services, you agree to these standard terms. Engineering engagements, deliverables, warranties, and intellectual property transfers are executed under formal Master Services Agreements (MSA) signed separately by authorized corporate signatories.
2. Intellectual Property Ownership
All custom code, machine learning model weights, data pipeline configurations, and architectural blueprints created by Taraqqe for a client under a paid milestone contract are assigned 100% to the client upon final milestone payment.
3. Advisory & Estimates
ROI metrics, build-vs-buy estimates, and architecture topology visualizers presented on this portal serve as technical benchmarks. Formal project timelines and SLA guarantees are binding only when stipulated in executed Statements of Work (SOW).
